We’re a relaxed weekly meetup group dedicated to connecting business people on the Eastern Shore. We meet at Uprooted Market & Cafe on Friday mornings between 10:00-11:30am.
Entrepreneurs and other professionals are encouraged to meet, build friendships, and provide referrals when possible. By growing our friendships, we can grow our businesses together. Let’s foster a supportive, helpful network, where we can energize each other with new ideas.

Behind the Meetup
This meetup is modeled after a very successful group in Halifax called JAM Networking. After each JAM event, attendees feel refreshed and energized about growing their businesses having learned something new from someone, or having been able to help someone else in their business.
Sometimes referrals are exchanged, but this isn’t a short term goal for anyone in attendance. It’s about exchanging ideas, building long term relationships, growing your network. It’s a long term approach, and is much like planting seeds. A seed will die off if it’s not cared for and nourished. However, a properly nourished seed will grow into a rootstalk and begin to expand it’s network of roots exponentially, and only then will the plant blossom.
